The primary responsibilities of Parks Maintenance are to assist the full-time employees in all aspects of maintaining a safe, clean, and polished park grounds. This position is crucial to the overall success of the summer season and directly impacts the overall look and experience of the Township.
The primary responsibilities of the Summer Day Camp Coordinator are to supervise, oversee and aid in the planning, organizing, and coordination of a community summer day camp program for youth ages 5-12, including direct supervision of day camp associates, day camp site, and all planned day camp activities. This summer day camp program is based at Adams Ricci Park and Acri Meadow Park in East Pennsboro Township.
The primary responsibilities of the Summer Day Camp Associate are to provide implementation and direction of activities for Campers under the supervision of the Summer Day Camp Coordinator(s). This position will be stationed at Adams Ricci Park and/or Acri Meadow Park.
The Playground Leaders primary responsibilities are to lead a group of counselors in the implementation and creation of safe and fun environments for children to play during the summer season. Each leader will be assigned to a specific park that will become their responsibility for the duration of the season.
The primary responsibility of the Playground Counselor is to provide a safe and fun environment for the kids within East Pennsboro Township to spend their summer break
The MS4 Intern’s primary responsibilities are to be able field locate, map and assess the structural condition and functionality of stormwater infrastructure within East Pennsboro Township. This role will be based out of the Wastewater Treatment Plant, but requires travel throughout the Township in a provided vehicle.
The Office Intern’s primary responsibility is to conduct themselves in a professional manner while assisting the public in all questions or concerns related to the administration department as a whole. This is a vital clerical role that has direct impact on the success of the busy summer season within the Township Administration.
