Township Public Meetings
The East Pennsboro Township Community & Municipal Center Building is open to the public for normal operations with some health and security upgrades. For the full letter to residents about the re-opening process, click HERE.
All public meetings are being conducted in-person in the Commissioners Room on the ground floor of the Township Building, 98 S Enola Drive. Interested parties may still attend public meetings virtually, via conference call. Residents need to complete and submit the 'Request to Listen to the Meeting' form to call into the meetings.
In order to have a specific topic added to the agenda, residents need to complete the 'Request to Address the Board' form and submit the request 1 week prior to the meeting.
All requests to attend virtually and make a formal address to the Board of Commissioners must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
These measures are necessary to ensure a smooth meeting experience with as few unexpected circumstances or interruptions as possible. As noted before, official meeting dates and times will be dependent on pressing agenda items.
